Joseph Vincent Encarnacion aka Joe, aka JV, is 22 years old and a Filipino singer/songwriter. He graduated from University of California, Irvine with a major in Public Health Policy in June 2011. He started learning guitar when he was 15 and writing his own songs at 16. He has performed at numerous venues and events, including two features on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
